Qualifications

Qualification begins on 12/1/25 and will conclude on 12/1/26.
16 points are required to qualify for the trip.

Each bound policy will be assigned a point value–even policies with a premium as low as $500 will count toward your total. This program is designed to be accessible to everyone, offering an opportunity for even the smallest of agencies to participate and earn rewards.

To qualify a couple, you only need to achieve 16 points. There is no limit to the number of couples that can qualify per agency.

Agencies may qualify multiple couples and earn additional extensions, regardless of the size of the premium.

Earn Points for Merchant Processing Referrals
For every new sold merchant processing account associated with your agency, you’ll earn 1 point. You could qualify without even selling a workers’ comp. policy, as these sold accounts do not have to be associated with RIC policyholders.

Extensions or Additional Nights

Once you reach 16 points, your Preferred Club Swim-Out or Private Pool Suite, and round-trip air are secured for two. Each agency is permitted to qualify as many couples as possible. Additional points can be used on an extension. For every four points beyond 16, you’ll earn a one-day “room extension,” allowing you to extend your stay by a maximum of three additional nights pre- or post-, at no extra charge.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional nights beyond the incentive trip, three days pre- or post- the scheduled dates.

*Our pricing only extends for three days pre- or post-. The cost is $1,020 per night, plus additional flight expenses, if you wish to purchase additional days.
